We’ve improved how the dashboard detects and displays your SSL certificate status. Previously, in certain configurations—particularly sites using Cloudflare with specific security settings – the dashboard might incorrectly show that a certificate wasn’t issued when it actually was. Our new detection method is more robust and works reliably across different security configurations.
Faster DNS Recognition
When you update your DNS settings, our system now checks directly with authoritative DNS servers rather than relying on public resolvers. This means we can recognize your DNS changes more quickly and proceed with SSL certificate issuance without unnecessary delays.
Smarter Status Updates
The dashboard now provides clearer information about your SSL status, including better handling of scenarios where detection might be temporarily blocked by security tools. We’ve also added specific guidance when we detect common configuration issues – like Cloudflare SSL settings that need adjustment.
More Proactive Provisioning
Our system is now more confident about proceeding with certificate requests, even when it encounters temporary detection challenges. This reduces the likelihood that you’ll need to manually retry or contact support.
