No, and we’d rather say so up front. Bring your own: keep your mail with whoever hosts it now, or move it to any provider you like. Email runs on its own DNS records, so moving your sites doesn’t touch it, and we’ll check those records with you so nothing bounces. If your mailboxes are billed through Cloudways, keep that account open until mail has moved.
Sites run in Sydney, the US, Canada, the UK and Germany, on our own platform. Australian customers can be billed in AUD. Cloudways bills in USD only, with GST added by billing country.
